คุณลักษณะ

เป็นเหล็กอะหลั่ย ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร และอื่นๆ ชุบแข็งด้วยเปลวไฟ หรืออินดักชั่นได้ดีสามารถ
ฟอร์จขึ้นรูปได้ ไม่เหมาะในการเชื่อมมีความแข็งแรงสูง และทนแรงดึงได้ดี

การใช้งาน

ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร, เฟือง, สลักเกลียว, เพลาขับ, ลูกกลิ้ง, ลูกรีด และชิ้นส่วนที่ต้องการความแข็งแรงสูง

Characteristics

SCM4 is an alloyed machinery steel with high strength in small and medium size. Suitable for flame or induction hardening. It can be oil hardened to higher mechanical properties. Not suitable for welding.

Applications

Shaft and other power transmission components. Crank shaft, gears, roller and high strength bolts.
