เป็นเหล็กเครื่องมืองานร้อนที่มีส่วนผสมของโครเมี่ยม-โมลิบตินั่ม และวันนาเดียม ทำให้ทนต่อผิวแตกลายงาได้ดี ทนต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณหภูมิได้ดี คงสภาพความแข็งแรงในอุณหภูมิสูง ชุบแข็งได้ดี บิดตัวน้อย ความแข็งสม่ำเสมอ มีความเหนียวสูง
การใช้งาน
ใช้ทำแม่พิมพ์ฉีดอลูมิเนียม/ซิงค์,แม่พิมพ์ งานรีดร้อน, แม่พิมพ์ฟอร์จจิ้ง, มีดตัดบิลเล็ท, อินเสอร์ทแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก และใบมีดตัดหางเหล็กในโรงรีด
Characteristics
H13 is a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloyed steel.High resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue.Good high temperature strength,good high toughness and ductility. Good through hardening and dimensional stability.
Applications
H13 is a high mechanical and thermal fatigue.Suitable for die casting dies,forging tools and extrusion tooling .Tool for hot pressing and hot shearing.
