คุณลักษณะ
เป็นเหล็กอะหลั่ย ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร และอื่นๆ ชุบแข็งด้วยวิธีเติมคาร์บอน ผิวแข็ง แกนเหนียว รับแรงบิดได้ดี และฟอร์จจิ้งได้ดี ไม่เหมาะในการเชื่อมประสาน
การใช้งาน
ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร,เพลา และลูกเบี้ยว ล้อเฟือง,เพลาข้อต่อ,ยอย
Characteristics
SCM21 is an alloyed case hardening steel with high core strength.It used for a hard and wear resistance surface and a tough core. Hardening by carburizing process and good forging. Not suitable for welding.
Applications
SCM21 is used for complicated parts, Transmission components for automotive industry. Cam shaft, gear wheel and mechanical joints.
