คุณลักษณะ

เป็นเหล็กอะหลั่ย ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร และือื่นๆ ชุบแข็งด้วยวิธีเติมคาร์บอน มีผิวแข็ง แกนเหนียวสูง ความแข็งแรงสูง สามารถรับภาระหนักได้ดี ชิ้นส่วนที่ต้องการผิวแข็งทนต่อการเสียดสี เนื้อในเหนียว แข็งแรงสูง

การใช้งาน

ใช้ทำชิ้นส่วนเครื่่องจักร ที่ต้องรับภาระหนัก ล้อเฟือง,สลัก,ดุมล้อ,เพลาข้อต่อ,ยอย

Characteristics

5920 is an alloyed case hardning steel with high core strength.It used for wear resistance surface and high tough core. Hardening by carburizing and good forging. Not suitable for welding.

Applications

Plate wheels,driving pinion and high stress cog wheels. Gear wheel,parts of control. Links for standard stress.
